In the construction industry, especially when you get started, it can be very emotional. As a matter of fact, you really have to be careful with this emotional side of building. During construction you put your heart and soul into a home and subconsciously it becomes your little baby and you really don't want to sell it. A potential buyer comes along and may say something like, "Boy that is a terrible paint color in the dining room" or "I hate the way the kitchen is laid out." Instead of listening to what they have to say and learning, suddenly you become real defensive and you think to yourself, well I wouldn't sell this home to them anyway. This can become a real problem when you're trying to sell a home. You must sever those emotional ties in order บ้าน มือสอง to be more successful in building and selling your homes.
Another problem I would have was to sit around and dream up all these wonderful plans. I'd put land under contract, purchase drawings, spend a lot of time and in some cases a lot of money, only to find out later that the grandiose plan would not work. Sometimes I didn't find this out until after I was in the middle of construction. That's a bad feeling.
I don't do that anymore. I want to minimize the time and especially the money in determining whether or not I'll build a home. I do a quick analysis of each job. I want to encourage you to do the same.
