What To Consider Before Building Your House - Introduction

Building your own house is one of the most fulfilling activities that one can be involved in. It gets better when you have finally decided to settle your family in a specific location. They not only stop being nomads, but you also kiss your landlord goodbye. This is a good feeling for sure. But like all capital intensive endeavors, one needs to take enough time to study and understand the basics of the task at hand. Surprises can be dangerous. Well, one of the initial steps is to บ้าน มือสอง review the contributing factors and put all in consideration. It is best to consider all of these together rather than individually. This way, you are able to strike a good balance. You will need to consider the following very carefully.

• Why build and not buy • Where to build • What type of house to build • What financial implications are involved • What social implications are involved • What environmental issues are likely to occur • What statutory requirements come to play • Where to source funds • Whom to engage in the work • What time is enough • What to do during the construction

These factors are in some way interrelated and interdependent on each other. For example, the decision on what type of house to build is directly related to the one on the cost of the same. In the same way, the location where one decides to construct their house determines what environmental implications it is likely to bring forth. This is because some locations are more environmentally fragile than others and as such might require more statutory studies and as such limitations on design and probably more costs. One important thing to note here is that there are professionals who deal with all these matters and as such, the role of the house builder is left as overall coordination.

This should however not be taken to mean that the prospective builder takes the backstage and watches as things are done. This is a suicidal tact. Construction is one of the activities with very many hands pooling towards the production of a house and as such, there are very many loopholes, especially for finances to seep away. Another reason is that the final product needs to be usable by its owner. Usability here refers to the ease with which one identifies with and adapts to their house.

With this introduction, I believe that it is now appropriate to look at the various items and to highlight how each one of them relates to the building of your house, before we can merge all of them into one conclusion and make sure that you get the best out of your hard-earned money.
