Why "Off Plan" is Now Such a Big Turn Off - Look How it Pays Not to Pay the Developer

You can now have 130,000 very good reasons not to buy property 'off plan' as an investment, or to put it another way, EUR130,000.

That's how much one couple have estimated they saved from cutting out the developers - and their hefty profit mark up - by purchasing a plot of land themselves and having a villa built to their exact specifications.

This gave them the opportunity to acquire a property with a value well beyond their available investment budget, and the potential for a much higher return when selling the property on to investors seeking a more tangible asset than stocks and shares.

This has given those investors an attractive choice of options. Buy land with a view ฝากขายคอนโด to long term capital gain - leaving it undeveloped to appreciate in value and then selling when the time is right to take a profit.

Or, as many have done, building their own property on the land - either for their own use; for rental or for sale.

The long-term outlook for Crete is thought by many to be one of the most promising of all overseas land and property prospects - yet right now land prices are attractively low.

For the IFA, this is the ideal time to turn clients off the idea of "off plan", and onto something that could pay them handsomely - rather than paying thousands into the developers' pockets.

The proud owners of this house would like to share their success story with anybody, who is interested to invest in land or any other kind of property in Crete, Greece. After all, there are not a lot of success stories in our days, are they?
