I know that more people are renting instead of buying homes these days. The reason according to many of them is that buying a property requires many additional expenses that you need to afford constantly (taxes, mortgage payments and insurance...etc.). Renting instead, saves you all the headache by paying only your monthly fee. I know that if you are single, then renting would probably be your best choice, especially if you have an unstable income. However, if you have a family, you definitely need to find yourself a home to buy.
