Buying a home is great, but not as great as building a new home. This is because when building a new home, you get to decide how you want the home to look like once it's done. You get everything you want it to be. Since buying or building a home is going to be costly, you might want to just build a new home and decide everything for it. It might as well be exactly what you want a home to be.
