Clarksville is located just west of downtown Austin. It's the area between Mopac and Lamar. Z Tejas, Third Base, and El Arroyo are very popular places in the Clarksville area.
The 78704 zip code is a very desirable area to live in Austin. It's where keep Austin weird got it's name. South Congress or SoCo is one of the most popular streets in Austin, has a lot of local shops, restaurants, and bars. Travis Heights is a neighborhood just east of south congress. What makes this part of Austin different is that places are unique and have a lot of character.
