Flipping a house with only a laptop and a cell phone can be compared to chopping down a large tree. Once you have decided to chop down the tree you get an ax and begin to chop away. Unless you are the likes of Paul Bunyan it's going to take you more than one chop to fell the tree. In comparison, once you decide to flip a house with only a laptop and a cell phone its going to take you more than just one step to do so. Although there are many individual tasks to complete, they all can be grouped into seven basic steps. Each step, when completed in sequence, will contribute equally to attaining the original goal, but no single task will accomplish it on its own. That being said, the following seven steps is how I first organized my own efforts to flip houses with only my laptop and my cell phone and they proved to be very successful for me. I present them in their simplest form.
1. Establish your company, its worth and objective. "Set up the books."
2. Set up your web site. "Set up shop."
3. Define your project ฝากขายคอนโด parameters and search criteria. "Set your goals."
4. Outsource human resources. "Build your teams."
5. Create a project evaluation and selection method. "Do the math / start making offers."
6. Acquisition. "Make the deal."
7. Project plan and management. "Set up a schedule."
These seven steps, once completed, will establish the means and process necessary to flip houses that can be located anywhere in the U.S.A. regardless of your own physical location. And the best part, using only a laptop computer, a cell phone and the internet as your tools. From Maine to Texas and Washington to Florida it doesn't matter. The whole country is yours to choose from. You can flip a house in Detroit if that is where the market is hot or in Seattle if its even hotter. You decide which is best for you and without the restraint of actually having to be there yourself! Of course there are many details to each step that are not outlined here, but the steps are still the same. Like with the tree, each successive chop is not at the exact same angle as the last, but it is still a chop that when added to all of the previous chops, will inevitably cause the tree to fall. And remember, there are also certain limitations, like how much money you are prepared to invest at any given time and how much time and effort you are willing to put into each project.
