Property Prices in Marathahalli Go Up 36% Within a Year

Localities in northern and eastern Bangalore are quickly climbing up the real estate ladder. As far as 3 BHK apartments are concerned the unit size and the budget preference go up a bit. The most preferred unit size for these apartments is between 1250 to 1500 square feet with a budget that falls between INR 40 to 50 lakhs. This is followed by the 1000 to 1250 square feet range for a budget of INR 30 to 40 lakhs.

It is very easy to see why 2 BHK flats in Marathahalli are the most preferred apartment type in this locality. One of the major draws for this locality is that the fact that it is surrounded by IT hubs and lies in close proximity to several of them including Whitefield. In fact Whitefield is accessed via the Old Airport Road and is at a distance of 6 kms from Marathahalli. Besides this there is also a fair presence of IT companies here. Hence Marathahalli is one of the most preferred destinations for those who are working in the IT industry. 2 BHKs are generally preferred for rent by those who are working and families as well.

This micro market is not lacking in terms of social infrastructure either. There are many educational institutions of good repute here. There are also malls and other avenues for entertainment. All in all Marathahalli is one of the micro markets in Bangalore which one cannot go wrong with.
