More than one cook, you'll need kitchen space. Teenagers who want privacy, you'll want a family room with separate space. Know which items on your wish list are not negotiable and tell your agent how important they are.
Your agent's purpose is to help you find the house that will be most beneficial for you and your family. Be sure you give them all the information they need.
